Licence and copyright of EasyForLife apps.

Copyright

EasyForLife apps, including their source code, graphics, texts and names, are works protected by copyright. The copyright and the app names belong to Lukáš Ochrana.

Licence

By downloading an app you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal purposes on devices you own or control, within the App Store terms (Apple's Standard EULA).

What is not permitted

Without the author's prior written consent you may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, rent or otherwise make available the apps or any part of them to third parties – always to the extent permitted by Czech and EU law (exceptions expressly allowed by law remain unaffected).

Health apps are not medical advice

Lékárnička (Medicine Cabinet), Pohodička, Fitko and other EasyForLife apps related to health are not medical devices and do not replace a doctor, pharmacist or other professional. They give no medical advice or recommendations on treatment or dosage – they only store records and remind you of what you entered yourself. You are responsible for the data you enter and for decisions about treatment; always follow your doctor's instructions and the package leaflet. In an emergency, call 112.

Consumer rights

These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under Czech and EU law that cannot be excluded by contract.
